SelfCycle 2.0 was part of AKL Fringe Festival 24. This play, took the essence of the original – exploring life’s cycles of death and renewal- and enhanced it with new actors, immersive moments, and a sharper emotional focus. It distilled the core themes, making the story richer and more intense while introducing fresh elements that deepened the audience’s engagement.
Fool’s first day working at a funeral home was nothing like he expected. Following a confrontation of epic proportions with Death herself, Fool and everyone attending the funeral service are forced to re-evaluate their own life and their relationship with mortality.
